Sig Heil
As WWI ends, an injured soldier lies many kilometres away in a hospital bed recovering from exposure to poisonous gas. Like many others, he is angered and disillusioned by the armistice but has no control as a post-war Germany grinds on under oppressive restitution, social and political instability. He later finds work spying for the military on political gatherings, but it's at these gatherings that he finds a voice within himself and an audience to listen to the cry for victory over an abdication that humiliated the country and its people. He becomes successful and rises to power in his party, taking the Reichstag as well. He hasn't done this alone.
The Order has been at his side as his greatest ally and financier as he rose to power. As the time arises to put the Order's vision of the future into play, Her Hitler finds himself at the crossroads in history. Does he yield to their vision of a Germanic Monarchist Hegemony with the Kaiser or an Heir on power, or does this once Sergeant and Messenger seize the moment for a new and different vision to shape the world?
Context
During the First World War, Adolf Hitler, serving as a messenger, finds himself on the fringes of the German Army intelligence apparatus. Owing to this he is brought into the wider circle of the Order and introduced to Oberst Elstadt. With the war ended, he struggles to rebuild his life, but with the success of the Workers Party, he attracts the attention of the Order once more, as they have not given up on their vision of a Germanic Hegemony.
